Whether you’re using Access to Work funding, working with a support worker, or just need personalised, ADHD-friendly support, this is the scaffolding that holds you while you build.
We work together at your pace, with your energy, in your language.

You don’t have to do business the "normal" way to do it brilliantly.

What Can These Sessions Help With?

Step 1: Book a call
Use the [Calendly link] to book a 15-minute call. This is a relaxed, no-pressure chat where we:

Explore how we can work together

Identify what kind of support you need

Discuss pricing honestly and accessibly

Extend the call to 30 minutes if needed; there’s no rush

Step 2: Get your quote
​
After we chat, you’ll receive a quote tailored to your support needs and what you can afford.
If you're using Access to Work, we’ll work with your allocated hours.

Step 3: Confirm and Pay
​

Self-funding clients: Payment is due 48 hours before our first support session

Access to Work clients: We know ATW doesn’t pay in advance, so we invoice and begin support as agreed
-
You will be sent an online, signable Contract.
​
Step 4: Onboarding & Start
Once confirmed and the contract signed , you’ll:

Get added to a WhatsApp support space (optional)

Or get access to our private Heartbeat community (ideal if you prefer not to use social media)

Receive resources and access to ongoing check-ins
