These are the Groups I currently Run but  I am also working with local charities and companies to make sessions accessible, so If you would like to offer positive psychology group sessions then please contact me 

 

​Online Co-working space weekly 

​

1: We kick off with some accountability what are your thoughts? What are you getting done?
2: As you get things done you tick them off in the chat box
3: At the end, you can share what you have done in that space and what's next for you.

Cameras on or off it is up to you, stay 30 minutes or three hours this is an open workspace 💕

Coworking spaces for me act as some accountability, background company and body doubling! I get so much more done in spaces like this!

Monthly Walk and Talk Space -FREE​

​

Join me for our monthly walk and task sessions. These relaxed and easy one-hour strolls are open to everyone and held in different locations depending on weather and accessibility. During these sessions you can take things at your own pace and speak freely with each other, all while taking in the nature around you. There’s no need to rush as I encourage everyone to make the most of their time with us.

Shamanic-Based Monthly Circle Space

Join me, Tracy Kearns, for a transformative experience in our Monthly Circle Space. As a Shamanic Practitioner and practitioner of various energy healing modalities, each month's circle is a unique journey guided by spirit. Bring your drum or any instrument, an open heart, and rest assured that this is a safe space for self-exploration and growth. Connect with me and others in this sacred space and find the peace and healing you seek.
