P.s You don’t need to “catch up.” There is no behind here. You’re allowed to just exist in the space for a while until you feel ready to take part. There are no forced introductions ( you will be invited to, but dont have to! No forced participation in group chats. No shame for lurking. No pressure to be on video. No neurotypical productivity lectures.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU SIGN UP?
Q: I paid and got sent to Heartbeat, what now?
A: You’ve been redirected to Heartbeat’s login page. You need to log in at least once before I can add you to the Unstuck+ space. No login = no access. It’s a tech thing, not a you thing.
Q: Do I have to log in right away?
A: Nope. But once you do log in, I’ll get you fully set up within 24 hours and send a personal welcome message with your guided tour video.
Q: I logged in, now what?
A: Sit tight. Within 24 hours, you’ll be manually added to Unstuck+ and messaged directly inside Heartbeat when it’s ready.
Q: I forgot the link / didn’t log in / feel lost
A: Just message me. I’ve got you. You won’t get left behind.
